MIRI: A driver cheated death after he lost control of the car he was driving before it flipped a few time and landed upside down on a grassy area by the roadside near a traffic light junction at E-mart Tudan near here at 5.30 pm on Wednesday.
Prior to the incident, the car was heading to Kuala Baram from the city.
It was believed that upon reaching the location the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The car then veered off the road and flipped a few times before it landed upside down on a grassy area.
Other road users immediately rushed to help the injured driver.
An ambulance from Miri Hospital was immediately deployed to the location.
