MUKAH: The construction of a concrete drain project worth RM150,000 at Sungai Pegei here is expected to be completed soon.
Tellian assemblyman Royston Valentine said the project was implemented under phase 2 of the rural transformation programme (RTP) 2021.
“It is almost completed,” he said on Thursday (Jan 27).
A day earlier, he made a spot check on the project, soon after arriving from Kuching.
According to him, the project was a continuation from phase 1 and financed under Mukah MP fund.
He said the 200m long project, was implemented in 2020 by the Dalat and Mukah District Council (MDDM).
