KUCHING: The priorities of Sarawak and Malaya are clearly poles apart, stated Movement for Change Sarawak (MoCS) founding chairman Francis Paul Siah.
He believed that Pakatan Harapan (PH) has many issues to resolve, emphasising that, “Those are not Sarawak’s problems, so do not bring them over to our homeland.”
Siah pointed out that the controversies surrounding khat, Dong Zong, the conversion bill, Zakir Naik and sex videos were all created by Malayans.
“Don’t bother Sarawak with them — solve your own
problems,” he sounded.
He stated that Sarawakians have their own priorities, yearning to continue moving forward as a peace-loving and tolerant people.
“The three R’s (race, religion, and royalty) which Malayans have constantly been fighting over have zero bearing on Sarawak,” he said, adding that these were non-issues to the state.
“Perhaps, it is time we
consider going separate ways,” Siah remarked.
