INDONESIAN rock band D’Masiv’s scheduled June 2 concert in KL has received an overwhelming response, so much so that the organisers were forced to add another show due to requests.
“Konsert D’Masiv Road to the World” organiser Neptunes Presents announced that the Indonesian band’s second show would be on the next day, June 3, at 8 pm at the same Zepp KL venue.
Actress Nabila Huda Suhaimi, head of Neptunes Presents, said that they did not want to disappoint fans who were unable to get tickets for the first day, which were sold out within just 48 hours. “We have decided to add another show as D’Masiv has a huge following in Malaysia,” said Nabila.
D’Masiv, popularly known for their chart-topping hits such as “Cinta Ini Membunuhku” and “Merindukanmu”, comprises vocalist Rian Ekky Pradipta, guitarists Dwiki Aditya Marsall and Nurul Damar Ramadan, bassist Rayyi Kurniawan Iskandar Dinata and drummer Wahyu Piadji.
It is noted that former Nidji vocalist Giring will be joining the band on the second day of the concert as a guest artiste.
