Yes, whilst the sun is still up
For soon will come, the night line
Yes, it’s fast coming up!
Take note of the shadows
How they do tell a story
Notice how the crooked stick shows
A shadow’s sight, that’s so sorry
You cannot hide, Oh no
Your ego will surely show
Like a shadow, dark against the snow
It pecks at you like a crow!
But if you were, made of the light
Of the shadow, it touches you not so
For then you’re all that is bright
Delight of the Light — is always your show!
