A cub scout sixer has hand-on experience on proper arm bandage during the first-aid practice.

Sibu: Over 30 cub scout sixers from 15 primary schools participated in a one-day leadership training course held at Wisma Pengakap here today (Aug 25).

Under guidance of the course leader, Assistant Sibu District Scout Commissioner Magdaline Nyal, 19 other scout leaders assisted her in running the course.

The course encompassed both theory and practice of sixer system, scouting skills on first-aid, rope & knotting, ceremony, songs and games.

Briefing on cub scout badge scheme, jungle story, law and promise were also held.

The participants wth the scout leaders in a photo session.
