KUCHING: Damai Beach Resort is set to transform the spirit of Ramadan into an unforgettable culinary experience with its highly anticipated Ronda-Ronda Damai Berbuka Puasa Buffet Dinner.
Taking place by the poolside, the buffet offers a unique blend of traditional flavors and scenic beauty, running every Friday and Saturday from March 7 to 29.
This year’s Ronda-Ronda Damai theme highlights Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage, with signature dishes from both Damai Beach Resort and Damai Lagoon Resort.
The buffet will feature traditional favorites such as Kambing Masak Kuzi, Ayam Masak Gulai, Ikan Asam Pedas, Satay, Bubur Lambuk, and Bubur Pedas, among others. Guests can also enjoy a vibrant 12-station live-action setup, serving roasted whole lamb, noodles, waffles, cendol, and more.









Anthony Lasong, general manager of Damai Beach Resort and Damai Lagoon Resort, noted the event’s focus on showcasing diverse flavours from both resorts.

He said this during the Ronda-Ronda Damai Berbuka Puasa Buffet Dinner Preview, at Poolside, Damai Beach Resort on Thursday (Feb 20).
“The buffet is priced at RM88 nett per adult, with special rates of RM78 nett for senior citizens (60 and above) and RM38 nett for children (ages 4-11).”
He added that additional promotions include a “Buy 10, Free 1” group offer, a 10 per cent discount for in-house guests, and an 8X reward points bonus for bookings made through the Insiders Club app.
For those preferring a quieter dining experience, Damai Beach Resort also offers a Set Hidang Berbuka Puasa menu on weekdays at RM68 nett per person.
“Corporate and group bookings can opt for Ramadhan meeting packages, which include Sahur sets and Iftar buffets, making it ideal for company gatherings and community events.”
