KUCHING: Team Dynamic Kuching, a non-governmental organisation has brought joy and cheer to kids from the Salvation Army Kuching Children’s Home during a Christmas programme yesterday.

Among the activities organised by the NGO were tree planting and colouring contest in which about 50 children participated.  After that children were treated to a sumptuous lunch.

Kuching City South Council (MBKS) mayor Datuk Wee Hong Seng spent more than two hours at the programme where the children were given presents.

Team Dynamic Kuching team leader Eric Tay said he and some like-minded friends decided to form the organisation last year with an aim to serve the community better.

“We believe in helping the community especially the needy. Without caring, there will be no sense of community,” he said.

Despite being just a year old, Team Dynamic has already actively organised and worked with a number of charity homes and institutions in Kuching.

Those who wish to cooperate with Team Dynamic for future charity events may contact Tay at 019-8899186.
