KUCHING: The Sarawak State Library marked its 25th anniversary with the symbolic launch of “I am 25…,” officiated by Chairman of the Sarawak State Library Management Board Datuk Dr Abang Haji Abdul Rauf Abang Haji Zen at the library lobby recently.
To further emphasise the library’s dedication to environmental sustainability, a Tree Planting Programme was also held in conjunction with the anniversary celebrations.
The 25th-anniversary celebrations will continue throughout 2025 with a variety of engaging activities planned for the public.
Congratulations to all dedicated staff that have played a crucial role in the library’s success and transformation over the past 25 years.
Also present were members of the Sarawak State Library Management Board, Tuan Haji Japri Bujang Masli, Chief Executive Officer of Sarawak State Library, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Wan Mazli Wan Razali and staff.
