KAPIT: The rooftop unit of a commercial building was razed by a fire here yesterday.
A spokesperson from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said the department received a distress call about a pharmacy building being up in flames at 2.15pm.
A team of firefighters from the Kapit fire station were deployed to the scene and managed to control the fire from spreading.
No injuries or casualties were reported in the incident and the department is currently investigating the cause of the fire.
