LUNDU: Angkatan Zaman Mansang (AZAM) Sarawak is honoured to host the AYS 2025 Capacity Building Programme for newly appointed youth committees for the 2024-2026 term.

Running from January 17 to 19, 2025, the program underscores AZAM Sarawak’s unwavering commitment to empowering young leaders and driving meaningful change within society.

This initiative marks a significant milestone as the first program following the elevation of AZAM Young Souls (AYS) to an independent youth association, officially registered under the Registrar of Youth (ROY).

Facilitated by Mohammad Ariff Azahari, Deputy Chairman of AZAM Sarawak, the programme offers participants invaluable guidance and insights from highly respected leaders in youth empowerment.

Through interactive workshops, engaging sessions, and hands-on applications, participants can strengthen their leadership capabilities, collaborative skills, and innovative strategies for leading impactful initiatives.

“The AYS Capacity Building Programme is proof of AZAM Sarawak’s dedication to nurturing a new generation of youth leaders who will contribute meaningfully to the growth of Sarawak.

The key focus areas encompass leadership development, strategic community engagement, and promoting Sarawak’s diverse identity and cultural heritage.

This landmark initiative further strengthens AZAM Sarawak’s commitment to nurturing future leaders who will champion the state’s development and make a lasting impact within their communities.

As part of its enduring mission as a “Movement for Progress,” AZAM Sarawak aims to inspire, empower, and drive transformative change for a brighter future.
