BALINGIAN: A free haircutting programme held at the community hall here received an
overwhelming response from the locals.
Being slotted as part of the Back to School activities, the event was organised by the Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu Balingian Branch Youth Wing.
School students got to cut their hair for free while school leavers and adults needed to pay a minimal fee of only RM5 each.
This community out-reach programme also received the support of the Balingian state assemblyman Abdul Yakub Arbi.
