KUCHING: Award-winning halal dim sum outlet, Canning Dim Sum @ Imperial Garden Restaurant, has arrived here.

The newly opened outlet, with its oriental garden ambiance, is situated at Level 1, New Wing, Boulevard Shopping Mall.

Operating daily from 10am to 4pm, the eatery can accommodate up to 110 people.

Their must-try dishes are the 4 Seasons Blessing, Wok Fried Radish Cake, Crystal Shrimp Dumpling, Pizza Pau, Salted Egg Lava Pau, and their signature Hainanese White Coffee.

In addition, the dim sum prices are from RM6.90, RM7.90 and RM8.90.

Canning Dim Sum originates from Ipoh, Perak and was founded by Nang Yu Chuan and Ceylyn Tay.

They specialised in authentic halal and innovative Pau and Dim Sum with their homemade recipes.

Dishes are made with natural colouring ingredients such as Butterfly Pea Flower, Red Bell Pepper, Spinach, Pumpkin, Red rice, and purple sweet potato.

Canning Dim Sum @ Imperial Garden Restaurant is a collaboration between Imperial Hotel Kuching and Team Some Sdn Bhd.
