KUCHING: Are you one of Sarawak Energy’s customers subscribing to the e-Billing service?

If you are, then you should be enjoying a RM2 rebate off your monthly electricity bills for a year. And you stand a chance to win attractive prizes in Sarawak Energy’s utility arm, Syarikat Sesco Berhad’s lucky draw campaign.

Meanwhile, 250 Sarawak Energy’s third quarter winners of the Lucky Draw Campaign for e-Bill subscribers will receive a RM50 cash rebate.

Syarikat Sesco Berhad Retail general manager Ng Shou Fui said the cash rebate would be credited to the winners’ electricity contract account.

“Congratulations to the winners of our Q3 e-Bill lucky draw. In efforts to promote environmental sustainability, we are digitalising our bill statements to reduce the use of paper.

“To those who have signed up for the e-Bill, thank you for your contribution towards our efforts in environmental sustainability,” he said.

Ng said the winners were randomly selected with an online balloting software and they would be informed via their e-Bill subscription registered email address.

Customers may also refer to the Sarawak Energy website at www.sarawakenergy.com for the list of winners.

“We will continue to conduct more lucky draws to show appreciation to our e-Bill subscribers. Those who have won in the previous lucky draw sessions are still eligible to participate in the next round of the lucky draw, as long as they remain subscribed throughout the Go Paperless Campaign until December 31, 2021.

“Customers who subscribe to the e-Billing service will receive a RM2 rebate off their monthly electricity bills for 12 months, effective from the billing period after the registration.

“Having said that, we encourage customers who have yet to subscribe to e-Bill services to do so for more chances to win the cash rebate,” Ng said.

Sarawak Energy’s customers who have yet to register can self-register via the ‘SEB cares’ mobile application (available in App Store and Google Play) or website at www.sarawakenergy.com.
