KUCHING: Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) has announced that all farmers’ markets, night markets and late-night bazaars in Kuching will not be allowed to operate until further notice.

They said this was because the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) had declared Kuching as a red zone starting Wednesday (Feb 17).

Kuching changed its status to red from orange on Wednesday after recording a total of 43 local Covid-19 infections within the last fortnight.
