KUCHING: A vibrant Hari Raya Aidilfitri Ramah Tamah was held at Hong Leong Bank Mile 7 branch here, bringing everyone into a spirit of celebration.

Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) Chairman, Tan Kai, officiated at the event.

In his speech, he highlighted Sarawak’s rich culture of unity, where festivals such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Gawai are embraced by all levels of society.

He appreciated the private sector, including Hong Leong Bank, for their efforts in fostering harmony through such events.

“Today’s Hari Raya gathering is a great example of this spirit. Congratulations to the team for your effort in bringing people together,” said Tan.

Earlier, in his welcoming speech, Regional Community Sales Manager, Moses Wong, emphasised the bank’s dedication to community engagement through multicultural celebrations.

Wong also highlighted the bank’s commitment to celebrating all major festivals annually with customers.

“Every year, we organise events like Chinese New Year and Hari Raya to celebrate with our customers.
