DARO: An accident involving two vehicles that collided at Jalan Kampung Kut, Pulau Bruit here left one dead and four others injured.
According to State Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operation centre, they received a call on the accident at 8.30am, yesterday.
Members of the public assisted the victims before firefighters arrived.
Mohd Hamzah Saat, 48, from Kampung Jemoreng in Matu was pronounced dead at the scene by a medical team. His remains were handed over to the police for further action.
The four others were brought to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
