KUCHING: The police are seeking witnesses or members of the public with information on the hit-and-run case involving a motorcyclist to assist in their investigation.
According to a statement by police, the accident, involving a Modenas motorcyle (QKJ571) and a Perodua Kembara, occurred at Lorong 18, Jalan Stutong Baru here on Tuesday morning.
Police said the accident was believed to be have occurred while the motorcyclist was making a right turn when the Perodua Kembara rear-ended his machine, causing him to crash into a drain.
The motorcyclist was sent to a private Hospital to receive treatment. Members of the public who have witnessed or have information about the case are urged to contact Inspector Ardy Azwin Jamain at 016-8129617 immediately.
