KUCHING: Members of the public heading to Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) using Pintu D (Gate D) are advised to be careful.
There is a dangerous steel stud at the entrance that could cause serious damage to car tyres.
When contacted yesterday, SGH director Dr Chin Zin Hing said the hospital would get the contractor to rectify it immediately.
“It will be fixed to make the surface safe for drivers,” he said.
He said a warning sign will be put up, and the security guard has been directed to alert the car drivers.
Yesterday, there was a complaint on the matter, demanding the responsible party to get the surface fixed.
