MUKAH: Contributions and support from all parties can enhance the excellence of a school.

Syazana Abdullah, headmaster of Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Kampung Tellian, emphasised that this is particularly true in academics and co-curricular activities.

“These contributions also motivate us to continue striving for the benefit of all our students.

“At the same time, they help create a better environment in schools and contribute to the students’ excellence,” she said in her speech at the Student Excellence Appreciation Ceremony, held at Dataran Pededun, SK Kampung Tellian, here, yesterday.

Commenting on the event, she said that it was organised to appreciate the efforts of both students and parents.

Syazana also expressed her gratitude to Datuk Dr Jeniri Amir, Chief Executive Officer of Suara Sarawak (SS) and Sarawak Tribune (ST), for his significant contributions to the school.

Meanwhile, Norhayqal Morshidi Abdullah, President of the Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG) of SK Kampung Tellian, urged all school stakeholders to work together as one big family.

He emphasised that good relationships between parents, teachers, and the community are crucial to ensuring the success of our children’s education.
