KUCHING: Governor Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, accompanied by his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, and their children, paid their last respects to the late Sim Siew Kee at Sarawak Hun Nam Siang Tng today (Jan 11).
Sim was a cousin of the late Datuk Seri Feona Sim, the Governor’s late wife.
The visit, held at 1.30 pm, was a gesture of heartfelt condolences and respect for the departed.
Wan Junaidi offered prayers for Sim’s soul, wishing her eternal peace and blessings.
He also expressed his sympathies to the bereaved family, praying for their strength and resilience during this difficult time.
The Head of State encouraged the family to remain steadfast and patient as they navigate through their loss.
