SARATOK: Early childhood education plays a crucial role in shaping the young children’s future, says Krian assemblyman Friday Belik.
He said that the early education serves as the foundation for learning, discipline and social skills.
“Additionally, KEMAS also plays a significant role in community development and advancement towards greater competitiveness through programmes such as adult education, skills training in sewing, make-up and handicrafts.”
Friday said this in his speech during the appreciation ceremony for Community Development (KEMAS) Tadika & Taska in Saratok parliamentary constituency for the 2024/2025 session recently.
A total of 41 Taska students and 117 Tadika students attended the event.
The purpose of the ceremony was to appreciate and recognise the achievements and progress of the children throughout their learning session.
It also acknowledged the efforts and commitment of the teachers, as well as the strong support from parents and guardians.
