KUCHING: Hexcel & Associates, a pioneer in human resource development since 1987, has been appointed Malaysia’s exclusive representative of The Center for Accelerated Learning (USA).
Through a strategic partnership with Going Beyond Training GmbH of Switzerland, the company introduces the Accelerated Learning Certification, equipping Malaysian trainers, facilitators, educators, and instructional designers with brain-based learning methodologies.
“Through this certification program, we champion the upskilling of Malaysia’s learning and development community, empowering them to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences,” said Poh Teck Lim, who co-founded Hexcel & Associates with his brother, Poh Ted Ang.
Marking the partnership’s launch, Hexcel hosted an event on December 12, featuring Melanie Martinelli, a global authority in Accelerated Learning from Switzerland.
The “Make Your Learners the Rockstar!” session in Kuching drew 50 participants who experienced the innovative 8 Principles of Accelerated Learning.
“The session highlighted learner-centric approaches and sensory engagement techniques for enhanced learning outcomes. Participants left inspired, equipped with practical insights to transform their training practices,” he said.
“With an established presence in Malaysia and Singapore, Hexcel is undertaking a two-year project (2024–2025) with Unilever International to build a high-performance team culture among 62 team members across five Asian cities.”
Designed and delivered by Hexcel’s Principal Trainer, Poh Teck Lim, the program led to the team winning the 2024 Best Transformation Team Award and the CEO Transformation of the Year Award, underscoring the program’s significant impact and Teck Lim’s expertise.
