SUPP general meetings for Miri branches and sub-branches set for November

KUCHING: Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) has announced the upcoming general meetings for its various branches and sub-branches in the Miri area.

These meetings, which will elect committee members for the 2025 to 2027 term, are scheduled to take place throughout November.

“To all members of SUPP’s Bekenu Branch, Lambir Branch, Bakam Sub-Branch, Pujut Branch, Krokop Sub-Branch, Miri (Piasau) Branch, Senadin Branch and Riam Sub-Branch.

“The respective branches, in accordance with the party constitution, hereby notify their members of Branch General Meeting to elect committee members for the 2025 to 2027 term.

“The nomination process for all Branch Committees, Branch Youth Committee, Branch Women Committee, Sub-Branch Committees, Sub-Branch Youth Committees and Sub-Branch Women Committees are fixed on Nov 1, between 10am to 5pm,” SUPP said in a notice.

Meanwhile, the general meetings for the branches, sub-branches, youth sections, and women sections are scheduled as follows:

Bekenu Branch

– Women and Youth Committee: Nov 3, 7pm

– Branch Committee: Nov 3, 8.30pm

Lambir Branch and Bakam Sub-Branch

– Bakam Sub-Branch Youth and Women Committees: Nov 2, 1pm

– Bakam Sub-Branch Committee: Nov 2, 4pm

– Lambir Branch Women and Youth Committees: Nov 3, 1pm

– Lambir Branch Committee: Nov 3, 4pm

Miri (Piasau) Branch

– Youth and Women Committees: Nov 1, 7pm

– Branch Committee: Nov 2, 10am
