KUCHING: The Malaysian Red Crescent of Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (SJK) Chung Hua No 5 Kuching is organising a blood and organ donation campaign in conjunction with Wesak Day.
The event will take place on Wednesday (May 22) from 9 am to 1 pm at the Kuching Tze Yin Buddhist Orthodox Association, located at Jalan Sherip Masahor.
The life-saving campaign aims to prevent a blood shortage at the Sarawak General Hospital.
As an incentive, goodie bags will be given to all successful donors, according to a press release from the organiser.
