BINTULU: One lane on Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi from Bintulu Fire and Rescue Department to the Courthouse here will be closed from today until October 31 for drainage and new road construction works.
In a notification issued yesterday, the Sarawak Public Works Department (PWD) announced the closure of the lane to facilitate the movement of heavy vehicles and construction machinery.
With a minor road detour, Sarawak PWD advised road users to be cautious when passing through the route during construction.
