KUCHING: The Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) exhibition held last Jan 31 was to enhance the educational experience for all students and make a substantial contribution to the promotion and advancement of STEM.

Organised by SJK Chung Hua No 5 Kuching with the theme ‘Innovative Children Leading the Way,’ the exhibition featured a diverse array of engaging activities, including a hand sanitiser demonstration, a microplastic station, a giant playing mat promoting ‘Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce,’ a drone demonstration, digital educational learning aids, and a computer learning programme.

Education officer of Kuching District Education Office Dr Kho Siaw Hui were able to witness and support the enriching STEM activities held in the school ground.

On another note, headmistress Chin Mui Ling expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the exhibitors for their valuable support and assistance, underscoring their pivotal role in making the event a resounding success.
