KUCHING: The Kuching and Samarahan Division Hawkers Association, in collaboration with 38 Yayasan Amal Cinta, recently extended their charitable contributions to Hope Place Kuching.
The charitable non-governmental organisation (NGO) received 300 packets of Milo malt drinks, 200 packets of instant oats, and 100 packs of children’s diapers from the association.
The contributions were handed over to Hope Place founder Kelvin Wan, by the association chairman Chang Hot Chai.
Also present during the donation at the Hui Sing Hawker Stalls were Datuk Seri Ho Kim Hee, Datuk Seri Chan Leng Sam and Datuk Seri Voon Thien Long from 38 Yayasan Amal Cinta.
In response to the generous support from these two organisations, Hope Place expressed deep appreciation for their contributions in aiding the local underprivileged community.
The NGO added that all forms of donations are welcome, and they will provide receipts to donors upon request.
