MUKAH: Mukah Member of Parliament (MP), Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib, recently made a generous contribution of RM34,000 to 17 community stalls at Kala Dana Park.
The contribution was made in conjunction with the opening of Pesta Kaul Mukah 2023.
During her visit to the park on Wednesday (Apr 26), Hanifah presented each of the 17 stalls with a cheque of RM2,000 to cover the expenses of the activities carried out by them.
In addition to the contribution, she also visited the stalls, which displayed interesting products and decorations while highlighting the uniqueness of the different communities in the area. The community stalls are a mix of various communities from the Mukah area.
