RM20,000 granted to upgrade Kampung Sungai Cina Community Hall

LUNDU: Tanjong Datu assemblyman Azizul Annuar Adenan approved an allocation of RM20,000 to upgrade the Kampung Sungai Cina Community Hall.

According to a news report from the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (UKAS), Azizul said as the people’s representative in the area, the voice of the people will continue to be heard for the sake of continued development, particularly in the Sampadi Zone, in line with Sarawak’s goal of becoming a developed state by 2030.

He addressed this recently at the Majlis Ramah Tamah Aidifiltri Sampadi Zone, which was held at the Kampung Sungai Cina Community Hall.

Azizul also expressed interest in the concept of ‘ramah tamah’, which involved joining numerous villages at once to demonstrate people’s cooperation and unity.

Kampung Rayu Melayu, Kampung Rambungan, Kampung Stoh, Kampung Sampadi, Kampung Bruan Sampadi and Kampung Sungai Langir/Selenggok were among the villages that took part in the event.
