MIRI: The Malaysian Red Crescent Blood Donor Recruitment Committee in collaboration with Moving Communities Team and Miri Indian Association is organising a Valentine’s Day Blood Donation.
The blood donation drive will take place from Feb 12 to 13 from 8:30am to 1pm at the Malaysian Red Crescent Miri Branch Training Institute in Jalan Bulan Sabit here.
According to the Blood Donor Recruitment Committee Chairman Cr Karambir Singh, certificates of appreciation and light refreshments will be given out to the blood donors.
He urged members of the public to come forward and donate to maintain sufficient blood stock levels at Miri Hospital.
The theme for the donation is ‘Share Love, Share Blood’.
The organising chairman for the Valentine’s Day Blood Donation is Karambir with Cr Susan from Moving Communities Team and Thomas Sadasivan from Miri Indian Association as co-organising chairman.
