MIRI: Miri Hospital is currently looking for the next-of-kin or family members of a 60-year-old male patient, known as Juing Jantai.
In a statement on Tuesday (May 11), Miri Hospital said according to his identity card with the number 611004-13-XXXX, the patient’s listed address was in Desa Senadin.
“A friend of the patient had brought him to Miri Hospital for further treatment. The patient had come unaccompanied by family members and without any documents.
“The patient was admitted to the Men’s Medical Ward on Apr 12. Until now, we have failed to trace the patient’s next-of-kin,” it said.
The hospital added the patient was currently unable to provide any information on himself due to his health issue.
The patient also does not have the telephone number of his next-of-kin or close relatives.
The hospital has called on the patient’s next-of-kin or family members to immediately contact its Medical Social Work Department at 085-460633 during office hours from Monday to Friday or to directly visit the Men’s Medical Ward.
