LIMBANG: Limbang town has been inundated with floodwaters following incessant rain since Tuesday (Jan 12) night.
The operations centre of the State Fire and Rescue Department said six other areas were also affected namely, Kampung Patiambum, Desa Pebahanan residential area, Kampung Pebahanan, Kampung Buangsiol, Taman Damai and Kampung Seberang Kedai.
However, there was no word from the authorities on any flood evacuation operation yet as the water level is still under control.
Limbang firemen are currently carrying out flood monitoring as at some areas, the water levels have risen to two feet.
