THE Sarawak Agriculture Department has already submitted the application for the construction of the Simunjan Division Agriculture Office.
Assistant Minister of Agriculture, Native Land and Regional Development Datuk Roland Sagah Wee Inn said the application was sent for consideration under the 12th Malaysia Plan.
“The office building will be constructed on a five-acre land,” he said in response to Awla Dris (PBB-Simunjan) during question time in the DUN sitting today (Nov 10).
Awla earlier had asked whether there were any plans to rebuild the Simunjan Division Agriculture Office as the current office was in an old condition.
To another question on when would the project be built, Sagah said the office would be built once there was budget approved for it.
