MIRI: A man in his early 50’s has been detained by the police today (Sept 10) for alleged involvement in a recent housebreaking activity at Jalan Cosmos here.
In the incident, two units of generator sets were reported missing, believed to have been stolen.
Following the report, police have carried out ground investigation which led to the suspect’s whereabouts.
Acting on a tip-off received, a team of personnel of Miri Criminal Investigation Department (CID) manage to locate and apprehended the suspect at Kampung Wireless around 3pm.
