KABONG: A man has been caught on closed-circuit television (CCTV) stealing a water pump machine at a residential area at Kampung Hulu here.
According to the footage, the incident happened at 2.43am yesterday (August 30).
The thief was seen carrying a screwdriver that was used to open a water pump machine, which was placed under the house.
One of the house’s occupants, Dayang Fairyza, shared the CCTV footage on her Facebook.
She called on the villagers to be vigilant at all times and requested the authorities to patrol the area so that such incident will not recur.
