KUCHING: The ongoing statewide sanitisation exercise carried out by State Fire and Rescue Department continued yesterday at multiple locations.
According to a report from the department, Imperial Riverbank Hotel and e-Mart Matang were the focus areas yesterday.
The sanitisation work was carried out between 2:40pm and 3:30pm by 25 firemen and Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) workers.
RTM complex Sibu was also sanitised yesterday. The 2pm operation was carried out by 13 firemen led by their chief Suna Kaha.
The whole 13,130 square metres of the complex was disinfected.
