KUCHING: Fully-furnished apartment units at Liberty Grove, Kota Sentosa are now open for sale. Developed by Elica Sdn Bhd, 30 new units at the two blocks of Liberty Seven and Liberty Eight are up for grabs on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Done in collaboration with The Makeover Guys, the apartments’ interiors are perfectly designed and arranged, allowing investors and homeowners to choose their favourite themes.

There are four brand-new themes for Liberty Seven and Eight, namely Retro, Calm, Geometry and Amber for buyers to choose from.

Units are completed with the full interior package including furniture, electrical appliances, wallpaper, curtains, and soft touches with decorations to the unit including bed sheets, glassware and cutleries.

According to Elica Sdn Bhd sales and marketing manager Sun Suk Ping, there are several exciting packages buyers can select from.

A 1,065 sq ft unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with prices starting from RM468,600.

A 1,257 sq ft unit  comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with prices starting from RM525,426.

For those who prefer bigger room space, a 1,307 sq ft unit comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms; the  starting price is  RM546,326.

The biggest  unit is 1,400 sq ft; it comes with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with prices starting from RM588,000.

All these units are fully furnished.

“These are very good and affordable packages because they are fully furnished.

“Buyers just have to bring their luggage and they are ready to move in,” she said.

Sun  said the legal fees and stamp duty for sales and purchase agreement (SPA) and loan agreement would be absorbed by the developer.

For those who purchase a unit, two sheltered car parks will be provided.

Safety won’t be a problem as well because Liberty Grove has facilities such as 24-hour security,  a guardhouse, a patrolling guard, CCTV, and a card access system.

Besides that, there are also two swimming pools, a children’s wading pool, an outdoor gym, a reflexology park, a kids’ playground, a dry and wet park, a futsal court, a basketball court and BBQ pits.

There will also be free excess to the clubhouse’s  gymnasium, sauna, and multi-purpose function rooms.

On the commercial side, there will be two shoplots providing retail services for tenants such as a 24-hour laundromat, a convenience store, a day care centre and a coffee shop.

Phase one of Liberty Grove, which has five towers, has received the occupation permit (OP) and is targeted to be handed over to buyers by the end of September.

Liberty Six is expecting to receive its OP by the end of the year.

The previous blocks one, two and three have more than 50 percent occupancy rate and for phase one, almost all the 312 units have been  sold out. 

Currently, the fully-furnished package for Liberty Seven and Eight is under construction. Liberty Eight is expected to be completed by the third quarter of next year while  Liberty Seven by the first quarter of 2021.

Besides these two blocks, Liberty Nine and Ten are open for booking. The foundation and piling work for Liberty Nine and Ten are already done.

Those who purchase the Liberty Seven and Eight are entitled to a lucky draw which offers RM328,888 worth of prizes. The grand prize is a Mercedes-Benz C200 while the second prize is a Rolex timepiece. Third is a cash prize of RM8,888 while there are also 10 consolation cash prizes of RM2,000 each.

For Liberty Nine and Ten, the total prizes are worth RM238,000. The grand prize is a cash prize of RM128,000, second and third prize is RM68,000 and RM28,000 respectively while there are also five consolation cash prizes of RM2,500 each.

Interested buyers can visit their show units at Liberty Grove at Jalan Sungai Tapang, Kota Sentosa from 10am to 4pm today (Sep 1).
