MIRI: A 20-year-old woman suffered minor injuries after she was hit by a car while crossing the road along Jalan Merbau here on Thursday.
Prior to the 1.15pm accident, she was walking towards a building on the other side of the road to have lunch with a friend.
A team of Miri Civil Defence force (APM) personnel was despatched to the scene after responding to an alert on the incident.
The victim was reported to be in stable condition.
