KOTA SAMARAHAN: A total of 19 SME entrepreneurs graduated yesterday after completing the SME@ Unimas 2017 programme. The cer t i f icates were presented by the Senior Director, Bus ines s Development and Entrepreneurship, SME Corporation Malaysia, Zaki Moh at the graduation ceremony held at Unimas.
The SME@Unimas programme ran over two months from Aug 5 to Oct 7 and covered nine modules. Meanwhile, the graduates of the programme were SME entrepreneurs in various business fields including services, manufacturing, food, fashion, agriculture, furniture and oil and gas.
The main objective of the programme was to strengthen the skills and expand the knowledge of the entrepreneurs in the effort to expand their businesses. Also present were Deput y Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International), Professor Dr Wan Hashim Wan Ibrahim.
