SARATOK: A total of 168 projects under the Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) have been developed over a period of five years in the Krian constituency.
Krian assemblyman Friday Belik stated that 129 RTP projects have been implemented from 2021 to 2024, with a cost of RM17.5 million.
“Next year (2025), 39 RTP projects are listed for implementation with an annual allocation of RM5 million,” he said.
Earlier, Friday attended the RTP Project List Preparation Workshop for the Betong Division for 2025.
Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas, at the event, expressed hope that all parties would cooperate to expedite the implementation of RTP projects.
So far in Krian, the process of RTP implementation can be improved to ensure that projects are completed on schedule. This way, the public will not have to wait too long to enjoy these projects.
